GlutFood

I’ve always been an inventive cook. 

During the pandemic I found that I was giving advice to my friends and family as to how to get the most out of their unloved ingredients and whatever they could scavenge from depleted shelves. 

Someone said I should share this with the world, thus GlutFood was born. 

From humble beginnings I have since catered parties, run supper-clubs, worked in pop-ups and developed recipe after recipe, but all of it starts around the kitchen table.
